Release and Indemnification

By participating in these events (as handler, spectator or in any other role) each participant agrees to assume all risk and hazards incidental to these events and agrees to release and to save harmless and indemnify TNT Kennels & Training Center LTD and its members, any volunteer and the owners of the property upon which the event is being held, together with their officers, agents, employees and representatives from all claims, actions, cost expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to the person or property of the participant howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with the participants use or entry upon the property. It is understood that this agreement is binding upon the participants, his or her heirs, executors and assigns. Once signed this waiver has no expiry date.
