Please register early to secure your spot(s) There will be a limited number of echo, auscultation and eye appointments. A Second day has been added.

ECHO appointments have been filled for both Saturday and Sunday.If you would like to be on the Echo Wait List in the event of any cancellations and or openings for appointments, Please go ahead and fill in the registration form, However, DO NOT SEND MONEY until you are contacted.

AUSCULTATION: Auscultation is now full If you would like to be on the Auscultation Wait List in the event of any cancellations and or openings for appointments, Please go ahead and fill in the registration form, However, DO NOT SEND MONEY until you are contacted.

EYE Appointments: Saturday is filled - Many spots remain for Sunday.

Book Health Tests

Adding a Test

Click the "Add Entry" button to add a test. After adding a test, you can:

Add another test (for the same dog or a different dog)
Edit a test you have already entered
Delete a test if needed

Complete Your Form Submission

When you have added and checked over all the tests you want to book, make sure to click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the form. This sends your submission to us. If you don’t click "SUBMIT," we will not receive your booking.

If you don't receive a confirmation email within an hour of entering then there is a good chance you did not complete your entry.

Payment

Bookings will not be finalized until we have received payment. E-transfers may be sent to wgalt678@telus.net
